Deposits and withdrawals are processed according to the selected method. We reserve the right to delay or refuse any transaction if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may require additional verification.
We charge fees for certain services as detailed on our website. All fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any network fees (e.g., blockchain gas fees) or third‑party charges associated with your transactions.
You may not use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to: money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We may freeze or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
We comply with AML and KYC regulations. We may require you to provide identity documents and proof of address before processing withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.
Cryptocurrencies are volatile and may lose value. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your investment decisions and that we are not liable for any losses incurred. We do not provide financial advice.
All content, logos, and trademarks on our platform are owned by Ajovex or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ajovex and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the preceding six months.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ajovex operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
